A classic Supreme Pizza, with pepperoni, green bell peppers, onions, mushrooms and black olives. An oldie, but a goodie!

Ingredients

  • 1 Prepared Pizza Dough
  • Red Pepper Puree or Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Grated Low-Moisture Mozzarella Cheese
  • Pepperoni
  • Mushrooms, sliced (raw or sautéed)
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced or diced
  • 1/4 Onion, sliced thin
  • Sliced Black Olives

Instructions

Preheat the oven with a pizza steel or stone to 425 degrees F.

Roll, spin or stretch your prepared pizza dough on on a lightly floured pizza peel.

Spread a layer of the red pepper puree or tomato sauce on the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border for the crust. Top the sauce with grated mozzarella cheese. Then an even layer of pepperoni slices. Followed by the mushrooms.

Spread the green peppers and onions over the mushrooms. Then sprinkle on the black olives.

Top with a little extra cheese and we are ready for the oven!

Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes, until the crust is puffed and golden and the cheese is melted.
