Light and refreshing, with low alcohol by volume, this Watermelon White Wine Spritz is colorful and easy to make for a festive holiday drink.

Ingredients

  • 1-1.5 cups Seedless Watermelon, cubed or scooped from the melon
  • 1 bottle White Wine of Rosé
  • 1 Lemon, sliced into wheels, half for the wine mix, half for garnish
  • 1 Lime, sliced into wheels, half for the wine mix, half for garnish
  • 1/2-1 cup Fresh Blueberries, plus more for garnish
  • Mint Sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

1

Add everything but the soda to the pitcher, give it a stir. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.

2

If prepping individual servings: use a fine mesh strainer to strain into Mason jars. Or serve in a drink dispenser. If serving straight from a pitcher, use a pitcher with a strainer in the lid.

3

For serving: place fresh ice, cans of lemon soda, extra lemon and lime wheels, blueberries and mint sprigs out for guests to assemble their spritz.
